通訳ボランティアさんに感謝状が贈呈されました！

　当院では、外国の方々が安心して当院を受診できるよう平成29年より通訳ボランティアとして村山智之さんにご協力をいただいております。
　11月7日、村山さんのその功績に対し、邑楽館林医療企業団　新井昌史企業長より感謝状が贈られました。
　村山さんは英語、中国語などの多言語を駆使し、主に月・水・金曜日の午前中に総合受付にて通訳を行っていただいております。村山さんは今回の表彰に、「通訳として自分のスキルが少しでも患者さんのためになれているなら嬉しい。これからも患者さんに寄り添って取り組んでいきたい」と話されていました。
　今後も多くの患者さんが安心して当院を受診できる体制づくりに職員一同取り組んでまいります。

Certification of appreciation was sent to the interpreter volunteer !

　 Since 2017, we have been working with Mr. Tomoyuki Murayama as a volunteer Interpreter for this medical center’s service to be of the greatest assistance to foreigners.
　He received a testimonial from Dr. Masashi Arai; Master of The OURA & TATEBAYASHI Medical Konzern; on November 7. Mr. Murayama is multilingual speaker including English and Chinese. He stays at general reception in all the morning on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. He said
“I would be happy if my ability of interpreter serve for the patients. I will do my best to keep working closely with the foreign patients. “
　All the staff will sincerely work to create a system for many patients receive good treatment in our hospital.
